USER GUIDE

From opening a shell to completing a remote task.

This guide describes the Windows 11 x64 0.1.0 Beta. Follow the package-specific instructions included with your invitation.

01

Get started

  1. 01

    Install and launch

Get the package from your private invitation, verify its publisher and hash, then follow the included instructions.

  2. 02

    Choose a local shell

Use the bottom shell selector to switch between PowerShell, CMD, or an installed default WSL distribution.

  3. 03

    Arrange the workspace

Create tabs or splits, drag tabs to reorder them, and double-click a divider to restore its default ratio.

Stop if the publisher, hash, or download source does not match the invitation.

02

Connect to a remote server

  1. 01

    Create a Host

Enter address, port, username, and authentication—or import a read-only OpenSSH Config.

  2. 02

    Verify the Host Key

Confirm the first fingerprint through a trusted channel. Never overwrite a changed fingerprint without investigation.

  3. 03

    Enter the workspace

Use Shell, SFTP, and telemetry independently. Retry an auxiliary channel without closing the others.

03

Files, telemetry, and backup

Upload and download

Drag local files to the remote pane; use the remote context menu to download. Every conflict requires a clear decision.

Inspect resources

Telemetry requires Linux /proc. Click pause again to resume; collapsed panels automatically sample less often.

Back up local data

Export a JSON backup from Local Data. Restore validates and applies on next launch; no secret is included.
